If you would like to look at every listing currently on Landshare then you can go to the main menu on the top left hand side of the page and click on “listings”.   4. When it asks me to put in a price for my listing, is that the rent i am prepared to pay per week?

    Yes correct, the amount you enter in there is the amount you would be prepared to pay per week for the lease. You are able to edit this price (and any other information) at any time you like. This price will be shown on the listing once it is published. Read more.

  6. What regulations are there around leasing land for a tiny house?

    The answer to this question will vary between district and regional councils, the length of the land lease, the type of tiny house on your land, and the particular type of land you have.     Your listing will be active on Landshare for three months. You will be notified when it has expired and you will have the opportunity to renew your listing at that point. Read more.
