We have a lovely private spot with a water view and power, water, internet available now. We have had an occupant for the last 2 years who has moved to the Nth island so we are keen to welcome new self-contained tiny housers/motorhomers. Land rent as stated plus agreed Power and Internet charge. We prefer occupants who enjoy a peaceful relaxed way of life.
