Land near Kaiwaka

New subdivision of rural land, with space for a dog and or a horse. There is no buildings as of yet. We will be setting up an off grid camp this December. Suitable for completely self contained, off grid, and composting, tiny house. Quite a Steep (but straight) driveway, so may not be good for large 2wheel drive? 
There’s a lovely site/space looking over re establishing bush and creek. It is separated from the shed to be built by a tongue of 1year old native plantings. Sorry no cats allowed as per covenants. 1 old horse there already. 1 existing dog.  
Just putting feelers out.
