Landshare opportunity Towai

We are looking for 1 or more like-minded permaculture enthusiast/s to share our land and dwelling.
We are 3, myself, my husband and my 3 year old son. Our house is a 6 bedroom 2 story building (only 1 bathroom but plenty of citrus trees outside!). 
Our section is 2.75ha mostly native bush. We have lived here almost a year, though we are placing to sell and set-up or join an eco- village in the not too distant future (possibly the next year or two). We are interested in building a community, reducing living costs, producing more from the land and setting it up well for the next folks. 
We are situated 13km south of Kawakawa near the Towai Tavern on SH1. 40min drive into Whangarei.
