We are looking for a bus/caravan/motor home to share our land, a beautiful spot next to a stream in a valley. Property is organic and we are hoping to find others that appreciate living in this tranquil spot close to the beautiful mangawhai heads beach and estuary. Rates are negotiable and helping out for reduced rent is possible, we are kid friendly and pets are negotiable. Power and water may also be available. We are open to a long term lease if it is working for everyone but short term is fine.
