Power and bore water available. Pet friendly, with a vegetable garden, shade house, plastic house for winter crops. Showers will be constructed shortly for those with smaller living vehicles and building sheds are already to be used Community gathering place in a converted garage, fire pit, seating. We are eco friendly and aware. It is under the radar, but hoping to set up a show case. And prove TH people are cool to have around. Due to high rents and our hopes to save for future plans, we are looking into purchasing or leasing a tiny house for 2018, and we need some land to accompany this! Hi, My partner and I have a 400 M section available for rental in Beachlands, Auckland. It currently has a garage on the site. This use of which would be negotiable. There's a stainless steel water tank which collects water off the garage. The tank is full. There's no access to sewerage. At the moment there is no power on site but this could arranged. Rent is $150/week for full access. Use of the site for storage will be considered at a reduced rent. Space immediately available for 3-4 months only (not 6 months).
