Land available in Kawakawa Northland for a tiny house

We have a section in Kawakawa - Northland available for lease for someone with a tiny house for $60 per week. Kawakawa is a small township in Northland 45mins to Whangarei, 30mins to Kerikeri and 15mins to the Bay of islands. The section is 2500sqm and currently unoccupied, so available immediately. There is a small creek that runs through the property as a water supply and apparently Kawakawa has supplied drinking water but I'm not too sure what the tap situation is at the property (we will have a look into this). There is also the possibility to set up power and a landline/internet. Ideally we would like someone with a self contained tiny house in terms of black and grey water that would be willing to look after the section. We are ideally looking for some one that wants to lease this land long term 2+ years but open to all interested. There is also the possibility for more than one tiny house if you want. Unfinished tiny house on land looking for occupants

We are looking for someone(s) with building and farming skills who can finish off our well insulated and double glazed tiny house/cabin. It needs a bathroom fitted out, a kitchen assembled, a solar system installed etc. We plan to supply all materials, you'd supply most of the labour. When finished you could live in it rent free in return for work on our farm. You could share in any profits from the farm and feed yourself. The cabin is located in a stunning but exposed site 10 mins from Whangarei near the harbour. It has amazing views and is surrounded by native bush.

Kia ora. We're a young couple looking for land to share in the wider Kerikeri region. We'd like to stay at least a year to enable us to build a dream tiny house and stay onsite to contribute to local community. We'll consider all options of land lease to labour exchange, and mixes of the two. Services (power, water) may be useful, but are not essential to us. A bit about us: Full-time primary school teacher, with strong focus in the arts, critical thinking and social justice. Also, an avid gardener. Permaculture enthusiast. Interests in ecological and social regeneration. We're interested in organic local production as a core component of caring for the self and being environmentally connected. We have a joyous little 1 year old, who is perfectly timed to grow and develop on the land.
