Looking for Land in Blueskin Bay

I am in the process of organising the future build of my tiny home. I hope to be living in it by mid year. I am looking for land to lease in the Blueskin Bay area. Preferably in the village of Waitati. I would require access to water and potentially electricity initially until I can get my solar system up and running. My tiny home will be 3 m x 8 m so I would require enough land to accommodate this. I would also require a space in which to park my vehicle and a small portable 2 x 2 m garden shed. Our current abode is a rental property where we have lived for 9 years. We are tidy, quiet tenants that will respect and love the land we end up on. I am a single parent working part time hours with a primary school aged child. A long term lease would be preferable.

Waterfront, uninterrupted sea views, Oamaru. Town water supply. No electricity or ablutions - you would need to be self-contained in this regard.

Kia Ora, Myself and my partner are a mature couple looking into buying a tiny house with the intention to live in whilst completing our degrees at the University of Otago. We are currently looking at purchasing an off the grid tiny homes, but need to find land before purchasing. We would be happy for land anywhere within a 40 min radius from the University. We tend to keep to ourselves and won't be a bother to anyone else living on and around the property. The aim is for us is to of purchasing an off the grid house, so all we would require is land to put the house on. We would prefer somewhere we could keep the house for the remainder of our degree, but would also be grateful for short term also.
