Kia ora everyone, I am looking for land to lease within 30 minutes to an hours drive to Ngatea and preferrably within a rural setting, amongst or close to a dairy farming community would be ideal as my partner and I are about to commence an apprenticeship and will need a local farm to complete our practical work on. Currently we have a 7x3 transportable cabin and will require power and water supply however, we are also on the hunt for a fully self sufficient tiny house so power and water may not actually be neccessary, or if there is a section of land with an existing cabin or Tiny house for rent, we would also be interested in renting that. Duration of 12 to 18 months will be required for completion of our practical farming training. Areas of interest are; Ngatea Te Aroha Pukekohe Waiuku Pokeno Paeroa Or anywhere in between the Waikato or Greater South Auckland region, please PM me if you have or know of anyone that may have something available, thankyou you very much in adavance 😊

Wendy Armstrong & her granddaughter Ashleigh need your help RAGLAN! They need somewhere to park a caravan where they can plug into power & water for a few months until they can find a house to rent. Good morning everyone. I had a post on here a little while ago and just wanted to put another update. I am still looking for land to put a tiny house. It will be totally of the grid but water or power will be a bonus. If anyone know of a piece of land te rent it will be a dream come true. I cant start the build unless I have a place to put it. My first add is still on here if you need any info. Also if anyone out there has a space or workshop where I can build my tiny house for no charge that will help me so much. Thanks Char

Looking for a bit of land for my tiny house. Tiny house is solar, has worm friendly septic tank, rain water tank, and composting toilet. Don't need to connect to anything at all!
