Caravan or tiny home looking for land in Rotorua

Looking for land to place a large caravan or tiny home long-term in Rotorua. I will need a water supply but am installing a full solar system so will not require power. 

About 100-200sqm required including parking space for car and home.  Looking to move in around May-June 2021. 

I'm budgeting about $125 per week for land rental
