Bus, camper & me looking for shed with power $ water

Looking for parking space around north Taranaki/ Mokau with a shed power and water for myself and my bus and camper.  I'd like a shed to use for woodworking and renovations, on the bus, which is SC.  I'm happy to share space and pay rent/or confirmed hrs of work.  Around a 1 year lease would be ideal.  I'm currently in Mokau and would like to stay around the Awakino district for work.  Up to 45mins drive.
