Family of 3 looking to relocate housetruck

Our family of 3, kiwi dad, French mum and 3 years old daughter are looking at relocating our housetruck where we live full time for the last year along with our bees and 5 chooks.

We currently live in Upper Moutere/ Tasman region and would like to stay in this area.
We are very keen gardeners studying permaculture and would love to eventually be able to make a living out of this passion, market garden/landscaping/permaculture consultant.

We are looking for somewhere long term with a big section where we can cultivate the land, re-establish biodiversity and create a food forest/garden of Eden.
We like a good challenge!

We are very much interested to find a place where we could rent-to-buy so we could eventually own the plot of land.
It would be preferably away from the main road, rural and away from unsecured pond.

Access to water would be good, power too but opened to other options.
