Looking for land around Queenstown or Wanaka to rent

Kia ora. My name is Ruby and I am looking for land to rent for my tiny house - preferably within 30 minutes commute (although I'd consider further afield) of either Queenstown or Wanaka as I'll be setting up my business in acupuncture as well as traditional Māori health/healing practices in one of these towns. I have solar so no need to hook up to electricity, a water connection is ideal but I can sort the water out if there is no mains supply, no drama. I'm keen to be able to grow my own wee garden too.
