Looking for land in Taranaki

Kia ora Taranaki! Am due to start a new job at Taranaki Base Hospital and would dearly like to lease a peaceful spot for myself and my tiny home. Non-smoker, no children or pets and a really nice person in general 😁 Will happily consider New Plymouth and Southern Taranaki as far as Pungarehu/Warea areas. Am in need of power, water and preferably a sewage connection but anything considered. Thank you 🙏
