Looking for local land on the west harbor.

Hello.
We are looking forward to our future and would like to in coming years find a permanent park up spot for our tiny house we are about to build. 
My partner is a roofer and iam retraining this year.
Our daughter goes to a local school on the west harbor. 
We have one small dog and a cat are part of our family.
