Looking for suitable site to house our cabin for permanent living onsite.

Greetings:

My wife and I are looking for a suitable site of approximately 300 sqm to house our cabin on for permanent living.

The cabin is off grid for sewerage however a power connection would be nice though not necessary.

Ideal location for us would be Hastings, Havelock North or Napier.

We have just returned from a 3 year working stint in China and are happy to provide a reference from the landlord that we rented our apartment from. 

Rent could be from $100 to $150 per week.
