Rural long term spot wanted

Hi, we are looking for a place to call home for a while, rural but not too far from town as I work at night for some of the week and my son still has a few years at school. We are quiet, respectful and trustworthy.  We are newbies to tiny living, but I have owned a lifestyle block in the past and love rural life. 

Access to water is essential, but otherwise we will be self contained . We have a cat we would like to bring with us if he is agreeable to bus life and it is OK with you.
