Searching for land for organic gardening and tiny home

Hi there, my name is Hannah and I am interested in organic and sustainable living. I would like to purchase a tiny home and have my own organic garden. Im hoping there is someone in the Waikato who would like to lease some land to me for this purpose. Ideally with a water and power connection.
