Share the purchase of coastal land in Mahia

Hey I’m looking to buy some land around the Mahia area to hopefully build on. I’ve seen a few big plots for sale but it’s too much for me.

I’d love to hear if anyone was interested in the idea of maybe buying a larger plot of land together and subdividing it so we could split it in two or even 3
