Small Space In Blenheim

I'm looking for a space to park my 9m house bus for 6 months to a year in Blenheim for me and my dog Charlie. I have a girlfriend who lives in Blenheim and wants to have her own space, I live in Wellington and have a house bus, so yeah, I need to find somewhere, where I can put my head at night.

No Power required as I have solar. It would be great if I had access to a water source though. Happy to negotiate rent for the right place.
