Young ambitious Permaculture Family is looking for a land to dwell on

We are a young family looking for a piece of land to settle in any form. Landshare, renting,  rent to own... We would love to have our own, but cannot buy anything because on of us is not a 'permanent' resident yet, until next year December, so banks don't do dealings with us until then.

We experienced different ways of landsharing, for example when we lived in a secondary house on the property and grew food for the landlords.
The results of our stays and impacts on these lands were advancing and much appreciated.
We have excellent references.

The reason we haven't settled yet is mainly because of lack of privacy and autonomy t. We are very social beings, but it's essential for us to have no through traffic in our livings space and ongoing unexpected visitors. Apart from that is it very important to have creative freedom regarding the land as we tend to invest a lot in our surroundings and need to feel a deep resonance in order to sustain our efforts. We are very experienced and responsible and don't want to be limited through the ideologies of the land 'lord'. Equality and fair communication are a necessity. In fact, is it neither about the landlord nor about us, it is about the land that we would love to serve.

We are very healthy people and down to earth, yet spiritually inclined. We love Non-violent communication, social permaculture and other aspects common sense.

We are quite open location wise but currently located in Tasman and drawn to the northern West Coast.

Please get in touch if you are resonant and able to offer possibilities.
