I hope to be living in it by mid year. I am looking for land to lease in the Blueskin Bay area. Preferably in the village of Waitati. I would require access to water and potentially electricity initially until I can get my solar system up and running.  My tiny home will be 3 m x 8 m so I would require enough land to accommodate this. I would also require a space in which to park my vehicle and a small portable 2 x 2 m garden shed. Our current abode is a rental property where we have lived for 9 years. We are tidy, quiet tenants that will respect and love the land we end up on. I am a single parent working part time hours with a primary school aged child.
