LOWER STYX/MARSHLANDS/BELFAST/OURHUIA/CLARKVILLE/OHOKA

Description: I have an Eco Cottage/Tiny house that I have been living in for the last 2 1/2 years but need to re-locate due to new owners of where I currently am. I am also looking for grazing for my 3 horses.  Currently my TH is in the paddock with them (an arrangement I am very happy with), so if this were a possibility that would make me smile :)  I am a single lady with a steady income.  References available from my past landlord (deputy principle of the local school & a nurse) Anything considered.
