Land available in Kawakawa Northland for a tiny house

Description: We have a section in Kawakawa - Northland available for lease for someone with a tiny house for $60 per week. Kawakawa is a small township in Northland 45mins to Whangarei, 30mins to Kerikeri and 15mins to the Bay of islands. The section is 2500sqm and currently unoccupied, so available immediately. There is a small creek that runs through the property as a water supply and apparently Kawakawa has supplied drinking water but I'm not too sure what the tap situation is at the property (we will have a look into this). There is also the possibility to set up power and a landline/internet. Ideally we would like someone with a self contained tiny house in terms of black and grey water that would be willing to look after the section. We are ideally looking for some one that wants to lease this land long term 2+ years but open to all interested. There is also the possibility for more than one tiny house if you want.
