Looking for land to lease in Hawke's Bay

Description: Hi there my husband and I plus our 2 beautiful cats are looking for land to rent / lease in Hawke's Bay area. We both work in Napier so close to Napier would be preferable but will consider all options to make this work. Would prefer long term and around 2-5 acres with the hope that we may be able to purchase at some stage later on. We would like to be able to have vege gardens, have a few shrubs already in pots and wine barrels. We need sewage, water and power with the hope to installing solar panels when we can.
