Looking for land possibility around Dunedin

Description: Kia Ora,  Myself and my partner are a mature couple looking into buying a tiny house with the intention to live in whilst completing our degrees at the University of Otago. We are currently looking at purchasing an off the grid tiny homes, but need to find land before purchasing. We would be happy for land anywhere within a 40 min radius from the University.  We tend to keep to ourselves and won't be a bother to anyone else living on and around the property. The aim is for us is to of purchasing an off the grid house, so all we would require is land to put the house on.
