Looking for land in the Eastern Bay

Description: Hi, we are Tilmann and Tanja, originally from Germany we have been in New Zealand for some time. We'd like to find a piece of land to call home. While we're looking to buy in the long term, we're considering to lease land in the meantime. Especially looking for a share in a rural environment, ideally in Opotiki / Whakatane area. We are professionals, in our 40s and currently renting at Ohiwa Harbour.
