We live on two rural acres and have created two West facing THOW sites overlooking farmland, the Waikato River and SH1 in afar. The sites are separate and out of view of each other with all day sun. They sit on the hillside, some 60-80m away from and 7m below, our house on what used to be the old coach road to Auckland. You are welcome to put in a deck, small shed, pet run or raised gardens.
UPDATE 1 Oct 2021: Bottom site off Koheroa Road is now occupied. You can see the available top site located off Kellyville road if you look behind and to the right of the old tractor in the photo with the dog.
WATER we are on tank water but can top up your tank for free when wet and at cost when dry.
POWER (caravan plug) can be installed at a cost of $2000.
