Hi there, I'm Simon and I am looking for a small piece of land in the far north on the East Coast (Helena Bay to Coopers Beach). In summary: - I am looking on the East Coast of the far north; between Helena Bay and up to Coopers Beach. - I prefer near the coast versus inland. - I would need enough space for my brand new 40 foot container home and off-the-grid pod (tiny container), plus room for a veggie garden. - I don't require any services, as the pod delivers that, plus the toilet is a composting one. - I am happy to lease, cross-lease, buy a plot for $$$, or energy exchange. - I am a mature, friendly guy, very healthy, in my early 50's. - I own a small web business, I'm great with people but I equally enjoy my own space. - I have 2 x very small dogs, which are incredibly well trained, non-barkers (other than at a door knocker).
