We are looking for leased land anywhere between Atawhai to Hope/maybe brightwater for our brand new, beautiful and tidy 12x3m Tiny House on Wheels. For most properties, as kept on wheels and remaining transportable, no building consent is required for such a setup. A great opportunity to support a housing option on your land whilst creating income from your land. We are happy to discuss requirements and possibilities with you atytime. We are two ladies that have shared care with three children that visit and stay on occasion (two 15 year old daughters and a 9 year old son). We would like to find an area where we can build a deck on the side of their tiny home (mobile setup is possible) and may eventually add a sleep out (also mobile) to create more space.
