A single older lady, wishes to return and looking at Small home designs currently. Prefer approx 400m2 for 5m x 15m on skids, dont mind including macerator in my build design to avoid drainage issues, but will consider sharing expense of power connection, driveway and parking pad plus room for garden shed.
