Couple looking for a VAN parking spot

Hi there, we (Chris, 28 and Olivia, 27) live full-time in our self-converted RV and are looking for a parking spot / a piece of land / driveway or garden to park our van. Chris is going back to uni to study Psychology (in Dunedin) and I work in Marketing - remotely. Our van is fully off-the-grid so we don't require power, facilities or water (although being able to fill up our water on site would be awesome). Ideally, the spot where we park our van is not too far from the university and being able to connect to the internet (cell-phone / internet service) is a must. We like to be active, working out and practising yoga. Chris is a personal trainer but we've spent the last two years in the building industry (Tiny Houses, Van conversion and house renovation). We live a minimal and sustainable lifestyle, and hopefully one day we can buy our own piece of land to build a house, grow veggies and have chickens.
