Long-term locals searching for a multi-year land lease for our newtiny home

My partner and I (both long-term locals) are in search of some land to park our new tiny home on around the Wanaka/Albert Town/Hawea/Luggate area when it is complete in early July. We have solar, a composting toilet (can alter if a hook-up is available), and are in need of water access. It is movable as it's on a trailer, however, we are ideally looking for a multi-year land lease. Space for a veggie garden would be a bonus as we're both keen gardeners. We're respectful renters, have references, and are happy to answer any questions you have.
