Hi , I am look for a site to lease for a 8.5m x 2.5m Tiny home with adjoining 5.5m x 2.5m shed / deck. This is a quality new build currently under construction and will be ready for delivery in late September. It has been built to be road legal and will be kept this way to prevent any council issues. Required for a single stock truck driver so would prefer to be within 25min drive from base at Clydevale, Rural preferred but would also consider town. Water connection not vital but would make life easier, same for sewer to save carting to town. I will post more photos once build nears completion.
