Seeking a Suitable Site

I’m looking for a site for my road legal tiny home on wheels, within about an hours drive from Auckland city. My home is being built. It will be single level, 11m x 3m x 2.7m high (3.4m on the trailer) with a compost/incinerator loo. Preferably the site will provide power and water, although a solar power system can be installed. I’m a happy, healthy, mature, single man, with no pets, looking for a tranquil spot to settle. As I like considerate people, there won’t be any noisy parties or troublesome guests. I’m used to farm life and animals, and would like to start a small garden. Being a practical, reliable and tidy person, I would look after the site, and respect the environment and local community.
