Exclusive Rural Platform for Fully Self-Contained RV/Tiny House

Hello ! We have a 300m2 flat parking platform behind a locked gate (see photos). It has mountain views, green bush and tree surroundings. It is close to the public road. The platform itself would be exclusively yours to use. Suitable for people with experience in self-contained living. Sorry, strictly no Generators, but we can charge your portable house/leisure batteries for you for a small pre-agreed fee if you need it. A small greenhouse currently on the platform will be removed to make way for your RV, as required We will install a basic car port and small domestic water collection tank. You will need your own DC power source system to power your water pump, lights, phone charger, etc. You will need an LPG system, or similar, for your space heating and cooking. We are very private professionals (NZMCA members) with quiet, mature and respectful neighbours, some of whom are within hearing distance. We are looking for tenants with similar values and are the same age or older, i.e. 60 years old+. Current NZMCA members are especially welcome. - 30 Min to Wellington CBD. - We are 3-4mins to the new SH1 Transmission Gully Motorway and Pauatahanui Village. - Good rural paid mobile coverage for phone and data (towers for Skinny, 2degrees, etc., are nearby) - Cats and small toy-style dogs only are welcome at your own risk (we are close to the main road and commercial farmers with stock) - You would have to get used to road traffic noise, which is significant at peak hours. - Our property is definitely not suitable for children. - No music loud enough to be audible to your neighbours at any time. No parties. - There is currently no dump station available on site. The nearest dump station is Mana. - Please don't be offended, but we would need to see proof that the RV/tiny home is road legal and certified self contained at all times. - Nearest public transport is 7km away
