Country living - peaceful with native bush views

We have flat land suitable for a mobile tiny home or a self-contained small caravan. We are 7 mins from Kaiwaka township, 15 mins to the Kaipara Harbour and 20 mins to Mangawhai Heads beach. The site is directly off Brooklands Way (a quiet accessway to a couple of properties). The spot has beautiful rural views out to two mountains and to the native bush of the base of the Brynderwyns range. A lovely, quiet spot where you can sometimes hear Kiwis calling in the night. Pets are welcome as long as everyone is aware that we have stock grazing nearby and our own pets. You will need to be fully self-contained as there is no access to power/water etc. We're looking for someone who is quiet-living and will be respectful of the land. As the site is only 100m from our home, we would prefer a single person (maximum of two people) so that there is not too much movement of vehicles, noise etc. Not wanting a permanent structure on the land - a small caravan, camper, RV or a mobile tiny home would be ideal. Looking at short-term (or maybe medium-term) lease at this stage.
