My dreams of building on the back of my section have been put on hold, so I am looking to lease the space to up to three tiny home owners on a long term basis!
My 2 bedroom bach on the roadside is lived in on an ad hoc basis, and the 1200m2 section has lots of space to place your tiny home. One street back from Foxton Beach with beach access just around the corner, this is a really beautiful spot. Foxton Beach is a wonderful place to live, school and work. A few great cafes, a kids bike pump park, holiday park around the corner, beach walks, riverside boardwalk and estuary, beach forest walks, the list goes on.
It is a beachy site, and can face high winds which would need to taken in to account when planning your site positioning etc. If you look on google maps street view, the old garage has been removed and this is where the drive access would be.
Seeking expressions of interest, and a conversation with interested people on what you are looking for and what kind of set up could work for us both. The land is pretty flat but I havent yet made any tiny home preparations, as I would want to do so in a way that suits both parties. For the right tenant, open to discussing power, water, laundry facilities etc and the rent is negotiable depending on where what arrangement we come to.
