Very small plot with big views on quiet country road between Akl & Hamilton

We live on two rural acres near Mercer. A handy spot between Auckland and Hamilton, a couple of kilometers from the motorway. This plot is small with a big West facing view overlooking farmland, the Waikato River and SH 1 in afar. The site has all day sun and sits on the hillside, 5 m below and some 60 m away from main house on what used to be the old coach road to Auckland. The disposable area really is tiny so it wont suit everyone. There is parking for one vehicle and there is room for a big veggie garden on the bank below the plot but not much else. The tiny home on this plot will be visible from the narrow road we live on and will need to blend in aesthetically and can unfortunately not be a van, buss or caravan. There is a tapered bank behind the plot which looks like a track in the photos - this is not used for any vehicles and will hopefully be covered in grass soon. A long narrow water tank could be fitted between the tiny home and the bank. PETS - Well behaved pets are welcome. WATER - We are on tank water but can top you up for free when wet and at cost when dry. POWER - A caravan plug can be made available at cost ($2k). SEWAGE - not available. NEARBY 1.5km to Mercer School (1-8). 2.8 km to Waikato River and Mercer Service Centre where you will find Mobile Petrol station, McDonalds, Muddy Waters Irish Pub & Restaurant, Mercer Cheese Shop, Esquires Café, Pokeno Bacon Café, Ponchellos Bar/Pizzeria (and Fish & Chips). 5km to Pokeno where you will find Countdown supermarket, 24h Gym, Restaurants, Cafes, Ice Cream Parlour, Butcher Shop, Bottle Shop, Laundromat and Medical Centre.
