Parking site in exchange for help gardening (spray free, permaculture type)

We are looking for a mature person who has their own small-middle size campervan or caravan to permanently park on our land with power, WIFI and water for a small fee - we can negotiate the finer details in person. Your black and grey water must be natural systems without the use of chemical as we have a natural septic system. We may request your personal details and references as a background check since we have children. In return we would like someone who is into self sufficient, permaculture gardening, growing vegetables together in a spray free environment and be happy to look after the animals and the property while we are away. We are a family with 3 children located near Horotiu just north of Hamilton, we have a small scale orchard, chickens, geese, cows, a pet dog (Lulu) and a pet duck (Duckem). If you are just looking for a cheap spot, not willing to spend a few hours a week on the garden with us, please don't message us. We are looking for a specific like minded people.
