Hi there, we have a rural property in the Bay of plenty, 20mins from Tauranga and 20mins from Matamata. Property encompasses 50 acres of native bush, scrub and pasture. There are private swimming holes, waterfalls, freshwater springs and more than 5kms of tracks through our private valleys and streams. We also have regenerating scrub and native Tawa/Rimu forest. 2 adults, 2 9-year old twins (1 full, 1 part time), 1 very energetic dog, 6 chicken are already living on the land. Additionally, there are a several potential areas for THOW. Ideally you are self-sufficient, self-contained and off-grid. For security reasons, we want to keep the property free of drugs and intoxicants. We are happy with another dog, but we cannot have other pets or animals on the land. Preference would be for other digital nomads or people working remotely (we have starlink), however we are open to all expressions of interest.
