100/wk negotiable, long-term preferred. Pets: no dogs that are not livestock-trained, as we have livestock on the property. The space: We have gravel carport available set amongst a grassy hill and surrounded by recovering native bush. It was put in about 8 months ago and has since been growing weeds since our building plans changed. We would love to see it used by someone! The site is private from the road and our house, enough to park your tiny home and a vehicle or two. Gardeners encouraged to apply, there is plenty of sheltered space for you to build gardens or an outdoor living area - bring us your ideas and dreams! We are unable to provide utilities at this stage, except for some non-drinking water for gardens. You can lease the space shown in the photos, or if you are wanting a larger area as well to grow your own food, for example, or want to get a couple of sheep/beef and learn about animal care - that is all negotiable to! The property: We live on a 9ha block with river access and are renovating a relocated home on the property. Our home is about 70 metres from the rental space, obscured by trees. We run sheep and cattle in a fenced area separate from the rental space and grow a lot of our own veggies. Solar power is in place for the house, but will not be available for rental at this stage unfortunately. We recently celebrated our first year owning this land, so the dreams are still big and distant at this stage! More photos to come :)
