We live in rural Waipu and we have an area available for rent. It has beautiful views over a dam nearby and rural farm land which has a mixture of bush areas. The platform for lease recently constructed and metalled with area approximately 200m2 (20 m x 10 m). A small area of pasture is also available with it which is about double the size of the platform. It will be suitable for a towable home / self contained home on wheels. You may be able to put in a small shed or similar for storage or solar panels as long as it is an exempted building Water is available via overflow line from approx 380 m2 roof area for house and shed. Line runs under platform. You will need to undertake some plumbing and supply tank to tap into line. Happy to explain Power could be made available but not included in advertised rate.
