Rural site available now in Golden Valley, Waihi. 10 mins to Waihi town, and just a short distance to Whiritoa beach. Peaceful location down a dead end, quiet road. Site is relatively level. Suitable for a tidy and presentable self contained tiny house on wheels or mobile home. Water connection could be arranged but would be preferable if you collected your own rainwater. No power. You will need solar and/or generator Site backs onto a private stream and has a bush view. The leased area is roughly 550m2 Dogs ok, no cats. Dogs MUST be contained within the leased area either by own fencing or tether. A couple of chickens ok, no other livestock. No roosters. Bond: $300 Lease Term: Long term preferred
