Borders shared woodlot & small orchard similar land area. Private entrance & driveway, well planted borders sunny,private ,with lots of bird life & a food for the soul place. I live in a small earth home + studio quest & is located eastern end of 2.5acres. Situated on Markham Rd a quiet & no exit road in Ararimu,rural south Auckland. Land share is western end , between is woodlot , small established orchard & organic vege garden which we are keen to expand. I have been in Ararimu & on this land 20+yrs, it now has mature trees, planted 18- 20 years ago. It is our sanctuary, surrounded by nature. I have 3 friendly as dogs.
