It is a 40 ha land in Wellsford. Currently many fruit trees of many different species and cultivars and other Ornamental beautiful trees, herbs, and nitrogen fixing plants have been planted, some of them are rare in New Zealand, including many very fragrant true imported Osmanthus fragrans trees. Some Sites, surrounded by trees, available for caravan, tiny house, small business (some sites have container, caravan, shed, storage room, and honeybee boxes which can be used...…, photos were taken earlier, currently the site may have more grass). Around half acre leasing land at $250/per week, 1 acre leasing land at $300/per week , with a storage room (which can be upgraded to sleepout later) at $320/per week. (if both agree, lessee can get income by providing service to farm to trade off the rent). Farm has two fenced pastures, lessee can use them for free to feed the sheep. Lessee can harvest fruits like Macadamia nut for free too (with some contributions to pasture and orchard management).
