Secure, central, behind garage so fairly private, friendly old dog onsite, two easy going guys and one girl live in main house. Ideally you will have your own bathroom and cooking facilities. Should be enough room for off street parking otherwise plenty on street. Easy bike or walk into Napier town. Can access power via garage, water i'm not sure? Wifi possible too but will be extra cost for power and wifi.
