This sites is not yet ready for occupation - I'm seeking expressions of interest to determine whether it's worth my while putting in the investment needed to make my site/s suitable (=earthworks primarily, including putting in a driveway to the site). At this stage, I'm considering hosting 3-4 tiny homes/housetrucks/buses on the front part of my property. It's a peaceful, scenic spot, mostly surrounded by native shelter belt, flaxes and a home orchard. The site has some attractive feature trees (pin oaks). Connection to mains power and water would be possible, also connection to the sewer main if you have a suitable pump. Info in the boxes above is indicative only. I'd prefer singles and possibly couples.
