Hello, we are a family of 5 ready to share our land with people who want to create a very small micro community. This is an off grid rural opportunity close to town, PAK’nSAVE and shops. There is a shared vegetable garden and enough space to consider pets that would add to what already lives here. There is no more room for cats or dogs as we have ducks, a dog and a cat, there is however room for alpaca’s, chickens and there is room to consider other animals on the land as well. I love the idea of this place to be a landing place for people who like to travel a place that runs on its own by the people who live here with freedom to go and know there’s always someone back from travel to look after the shared animal care, the grounds and the vegetables. The intention is to have freedom to travel as well as a a secure landing space as in a small self sustainable permaculture we can call our home. The land is 1.4 hectare and is mostly surrounded by bush. If you look on google maps you’ll see us right next to a quarry.
