We have a 4 ha lifestyle block of land in Waipu Hills. Looking to lease it to a Tiny Home on Wheels. You will have a designated platform with a lot of space for a vege garden. Power cable already in place, but you will need to arrange for a new connection with North Power, as we don’t have a meter yet, since no one lives there. Sorry, no water, so you will need to arrange it yourself. Note, in the future, we may be putting a house in close proximity to you (about 20-30m). Please only message us if you are able to afford $200/week easily, and if you own a Tiny House (no caravan/house-bus/house truck).
